About GCC's New England User Support & Participation Workgroups
General Communications welcomes your presence and participation with the commencement of the GCC's New England User Support & Participation Workgroups!
The workgroups will provide a conduit for commonality among our customers to participate in technology sharing sessions that compliment the challenges of your business. You will communicate with GCC's sales and support staff, Manufacturer representatives, representatives of other manufacturers that partner with your phone system and your peers (other GCC Customers using your system).
You spoke, we listened. Responses from customer satisfaction surveys revealed the desire not only to discover what is available from their phone systems, but how other users are finding the best ways to help their organizations stay on track with business communication goals to achieve the highest level of productivity and profitability.
Who Can Come?
This workgroup welcomes IT managers/directors/administrators, CFOs, CEOs and office managers who want to gain a greater ability to bring best practices to their organization. This workgroup will provide a proven source of information and knowledge. We welcome your support and participation.

This cutting edge application allows anyone to use their own mobile smart-device (Apple iOS, Android, Blackberry) as a SIP endpoint and transition seamlessly between Wi-Fi and cellular data. Additionally, we will have discussions and demonstrations on what is new with ShoreTel, network monitoring software, and introduce GCC’s new professional data services and carrier services.

ShoreTel 11 Features:
- The ShoreTel Communicator client is now available for the Web and for the iPhone, allowing users to manage communications from Macintosh computers and iPhones, along with BlackBerry and other popular devices. ShoreTel Communicator for iPhone is available from the iTunes App Store as a free download.
- ShoreTel has enhanced the already highly reliable distributed architecture of ShoreTel with distributed database capabilities. Additional instances of the ShoreTel 11 database can be installed at remote sites, helping to alleviate potential performance bottlenecks and eliminate single points of failure.
