Coral Phone Features

Coral FlexSets are designed for scalability, so you can start off small and add keys and functionality as you grow. All Coral FlexSets offer uniform appearance for consistent operation capabilities. While specific buttons may be defined to meet a user’s preference, all Coral FlexSets share the same basic characteristics:

Coral FlexSet 120 series
12 buttons for lines or feature activation: 4 buttons are configured system-wide for consistent operation; the remaining buttons may be defined by the system administrator or the user as desired.

Coral FlexSet 280 series
28 buttons for lines or feature activation: 4 buttons are configured system wide for consistent operation; the remaining buttons may be defined by the system administrator or the user as desired.

Coral FlexSet 40B module
May be used with any 280 series terminal. Each 40B module has 40 user-defined buttons for line or feature use; up to 3 modules may be installed for configurations needing up to 148 buttons.

Coral FlexSet IP
Fully featured IP-based phone.

• May be used as an extension on the LAN/WAN/Internet, home office phone or remote branch office application phone, requiring only a VPN connection type. Allows geographically dispersed ACD and Hunt group applications. Double RJ-45 connection (internal hub) allows the mutual connection of a data device as well as the phone to a single wall RJ-45 receptacle, while at the same time providing priority to the real-time audio data streams.
