CoralView Traffic
CoralView Traffic collects information regarding Coral FlexiCom PBX activity and generates a wide variety of reports that describe system usage. Collected in real-time and processed in the background, the data reflects the current status (such as busy, idle or connected) for every trunk and station in the system. The processed data is stored in a database for future reporting according to user needs. Report generation is the heart of the system – CoralView Traffic provides detailed reports that describe the traffic in an information table or graphical formats (line or bar graphs). Reports can be generated automatically or on an as-needed basis.
Available reports include:
- Port Traffic – Illustrates port activity for one of the specified ports (stations or trunks) for the designated time interval.
- Port Traffic Distribution – Displays the statistical distribution of port activity on an hour-by-hour basis for each of the specified ports.
- Port Exceptions – Shows each port (station or trunk) in which one or more exceptions have occurred.
- Group Traffic – Describes the activity of one group (stations, trunks or special services) for the designated time interval.
- Group Traffic Distribution – Reports the statistical distribution of group activity (stations, trunks or special services) on an hour-by-hour basis for each of the groups in the specified range.
- Group Exceptions – Details each group (station or trunk) in which one or more exceptions have occurred.
-
Group Call Details – Shows the peak hours of the designated groups, port by port.
