CMDR works with any telephone system having SMDR (Station Message Detail Reporting) capability. At the termination of each incoming or outgoing call CMDR stores information from any telephone system on the computer's hard drive. CMDR then lets this data be recalled in a variety of valuable reports, helping a business executive make informed decisions to better manage the relationship.
