General Communications Corporation integrates the TAPIT Call accounting software.  It works with any telephone system having SMDR ( Station Message Detail Reporting) capability.  At the termination of each incoming or outgoing call TAPIT  stores information from any telephone  system on the computer's hard disk.  TAPIT then lets this data be recalled in a variety of valuable reports, helping a business executive make informed decisions to better manage the relationship.
